I questions about my taxes that were prepared by KOI. We called and sent an email requesting clarification. Its been a couple of weeks and NO response. Not good business practice

After living in San Diego for 14 years we moved to Folsom last summer. We were looking for a tax office that would meet face to face and could answer the questions we had.
