Fishology Poke Bar

I ordered the volcanic bake for takeout and love it!! Portion is perfect. It comes with a lot of sauces, crab salad and scallops.

The only good thing about this place is the nice staff. The poke was definitely not worth the $23.19 that I paid for a single bowl. This is the worst poke Ive had yet and Ive went to my fair share of places. They have a good selection of proteins but when it comes to actual GOOD topping choices, the bar is lacking. I was very dissatisfied and upset. The rice was nasty and mushy too. I ended up throwing half my food away because I simply couldnt continue eating. I will not be coming back, but maybe youll have a better experience than me.

Ive been eating at fishology for a couple of years now, Its always usually good. Tonight though, my mom and I ordered our regular bowls and the white sushi rice was so hard and chewy it was inedible. This has happened multiple times when we order for dinner. It tasted like it had been sitting out since yesterday. Im so dissatisfied and disappointed. Fishology, please make your rice fresh all day long, dont use the same rice in the morning. Make more fresh rice, Im tired of hard rice!!!
