        I experienced horrible customer service with "Marsha" who seemed very impatient and unprofessional over an issue I had with booking a class online. I will have to take my complaint further due to the poor customer services received today.

        This is a shout-out for Kathleen and Erica, both formerly of the Roseville store. I have been their customer for several years and have always been impressed by their commitment to customer service and their knowledge of the machines they sell and service. I frequently spend time at the coast (four hours away), and both Kathleen and Erica have saved me an eight-hour round trip by their ability to solve my problem over the phone. Although I am happy for their respective promotions, they leave a big empty space at the Roseville store. JC, Granite Bay
