I've had my father here for the past few months. It has been a wonderful experience so far. He is happier and more socially involved than I've seen him in years. Thank you Creekside Oaks team!

This is a very nice and well operated Community. My mom has been so happy here since we moved her in! The manager, Rebecca, has always been so caring and wonderful and Marty, the new Director is awesome! He seems to have a handle on the day to day and is kind and understanding! We want to thank the staff for everything you do here for my mom! I'm so happy my mom feels comfortable and safe. This is a great place to live and so nice for us to come visit. We love You!

Creekside has always been a nice place to live, but since hiring a new Activities Director within the last 12 months, things are different. The current Activity Director shows some of the residence obvious favoritism while others are treated with discrimination. It's really appalling. If there are actually activities or crafts for the residents to do, they often revolve around the Activity Director's interests and not the residents. When the activities director was hired, she purchased all new seasonal decorations to her liking (a bit wasteful). Recently the activity director has purchased many yoga mats and yoga balls for the 80+ year old residents to use. When asked why she thought yoga would be a good activity, she replied saying that "this is a 55+ community" (which is mostly full of 80+ year old people with walkers). Yoga is not exactly a safe activity for seniors with balance issues. The resident used to have chair exercises before Covid, and now they only have yoga. What about things for the majority, who are 80+? These residents pay are large amount to live here, and for the past two years because of Covid have spent a lot of time in isolation and not allowed to socialize. Don't you think they deserve to get what they're paying for, and to be treated with respect and dignity? Concerns have been brought to the Manager, but he doesn't seem to do anything about the concerns. Pretty anger and fed up with all this!

Creekside was a pleasant place to live until the recent change in management. The new activities director, Becca spends money on expensive and unnecessary decorations and plays favorites with the residents. She treats some residents poorly by not allowing them to participate in some activities, she also holds exercise classes that are not are appropriate for most of the elderly residents. She makes a job that is supposed to be about the residents and what they want into a job about what she wants. The manager, Charles does not listen to to the residents when concerns about Becca come up, Many of the residents are tired of feeling like management does not care.

Unfortunately this place is not at its best. The food is served in toddler portions and the menu is the same week after week. The staff is constantly turning, they have had 4 different directors in the past year. They most often have only 2 servers during meals and it takes an hour to be waited on. The workers are highly overworked and under recognized. They have had 5 chefs that have either been let go or they leave due to poor management. I wish this was a better review, I am hopeful things can turn around for the positive.
