4 years ago, we had the privilege of working with Mark as we purchased a home in El Dorado Country. In my previous review, I said, "We will be recommending him to all our family and friends and should we find ourselves looking to sell our home someday, you better believe he'll be the first person we call."
Flash forward to 2024 when we decided to move out of state, we made that phone call to Mark!
Having worked with Mark as both a buyer AND seller, we can confidently say he is TRULY THE BEST.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and genuinely cares so much about his clients. Whether you are buying or selling a home, this is the kind of agent you want in your corner.
We can't say it enough...we highly, HIGHLY recommend Mark!

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, stop what you are doing right now and call Mark. Seriously.
Living an hour and a half away from the area we were trying to buy in, my husband took to Yelp to find a reputable agent and BOY, DID WE HIT THE JACKPOT! Mark is hands-down THE BEST. He is very knowledgeable, organized and diligent, very responsive, incredibly patient (we ask a lot of questions), extremely professional but also very warm and funny (a great combination for a process that can sometimes be very stressful), and most importantly...you can tell he sincerely cares about his clients. He's the kind of guy that once the whole process is over, you are sad to go your separate ways.
We simply couldn't be more thankful to have found Mark. Thanks to him, our family has a beautiful home that we will get to fill with years and years of beautiful memories together.
We will be recommending him to all our family and friends and should we find ourselves looking to sell our home someday, you better believe he'll be the first person we call.

Simply put, Mark is hands down the best realtor Ive worked with. After working with him years ago, I knew that he would be my first (my only) call when I started looking to buy again.
Its clear that Marks goal isnt just to get you into something quickly and move on. He takes the time to understand what youre looking for and what you need. He then helps you through the process and makes sure you get that home that makes sense.
Mark is not only an extremely knowledgeable in his craft, hes also just a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend highly enough!

I worked with Mark on a recent real estate transaction as the cooperating agent and he was wonderful! Mark has a way of making you feel like you've known him for years! He's always transparent and understands the home buying and home selling process perfectly. His seller hadn't installed some CO detectors, and our inspector noted it. I gave Mark a heads up, and he was there within 30 minutes to install it himself! This just goes to show the lengths that Mark will go to make sure his clients are taken cared of. If you're considering a knowledgeable and honest real estate agent, Mark is your guy.
