Jessica Balaam was absolutely wonderful in guiding us through our first home purchase. She and our lender got us to close in about 11 days. I feel strongly that Jessica steered us in the right directions, negotiated strongly, but with care, and we trusted her judgment in areas that we simply aren't familiar with. Personally, Jessica was extremely attentive, kind, very funny, and professional. I'd recommend her to everyone I know.

Jessica was amazing from the start. We quickly developed a rapport and she was super responsive. She guided us through the home buying process and advocated for our financial well-being throughout. We were excited and pursuing an aggressive timeline and she was able to take us through a whirlwind of viewings in a short amount of time while pointing out things to look for/watch out for in our prospective home. We felt confident in her guidance the whole way through and she was able to comprehensively explain the various steps as we progressed through the viewings, inspections, contract negotiations and, ultimately, closing escrow. I will be sending any house seekers I meet her way!

Stephanie is the best out there, very professional and knowledgeable with an optimistic personality to boot - highly recommend her business! She helped answer my questions and was a great coordinator, was always on top of her game. Her drive and attitude really helped me and my husband get our dream house. 5/5 stars!

Stephanie helped us with our military move and went above and beyond to help us find a location and home that best met our needs. Just as importantly, she made certain we were aware of any potential cautions about a property as we were not from the area and had to choose a property sight unseen. I would fully recommend and trust Stephanie with any of my property purchases.
