Byron was so helpful and so patient! He worked around our schedule and made sure we got to see all the houses we were interested in. The house we decided on had an owner that was a pain in the butt! We are so thankful for Byron because thanks to him it went smooth. And he didnt give up on us . He even helped and explained to us portions of the loan that we didnt understand even though that was something that the loan agent was supposed to do. Super recommend him! As a first time home buyers, you can get lost in the process and false promises, and deadlines. Byron Brenes assisted me thru the whole process.
