Eric Pine successfully sold our home for what we consider a reasonable price during a time when homes were just not selling. Frankly, we had pretty much given up hope that it would ever sell due to the downturn in housing sales. And then it happened. offers were made, negotiations ensued and agreement was reached. SOLD! But that was not the whole story. The real story was that Eric was meticulous when inspecting our house and gave us repair recommendations discovered during pre-list inspections and his walk-throughs. Eric helped us with a Trust sale. My mother specifically asked that we use Eric when it came time to sell her house based on her prior experience with him. After going through this process I understand why that was important to her. We have personally sold and bought several homes over the years, but I have to say that Eric provided the most personal service of any realtor we've ever worked with. He's a great communicator and he prepared excellent marketing materials. He provided good recommendations of service providers for inspections and the title company. He helped us navigate a multiple offer situation, which resulted in a lot of extra paperwork for him. He accommodated us living outside the area of the house we were selling with frequent phone calls and using electronic document signing.
