Alberto was the MVP. We came home from a trip to the house flooded. I called Domco at 8am they had Alberto here by 3pm. Not only did he fix this issue but he alerted us to another potential issue which allowed us to make plans to prevent further damage. In his time here, he came into a chaotic home with 3 rooms turned upside down. He worked through all the chaos and did a fantastic job and was out the door in no time. He also had an amazing personality. Sometimes workers try to get in and out, its nice to have someone who is willing to stop and pet the cat.

We had mysterious water leak from our vanity which we couldnt figure it out the source. Fortunately the smart employee of Demco (Jose)found the source and fixed that

Today we had a serious issue with our sewage sump pump and called Domco. Jose Ortiz got here to troubleshoot our issue quickly. I appreciate that he tried several potential solutions and explained the process as various things were tried and tested. He also gave us good advice to help make sure this critical system can last as long as possible going forward.
