Very disappointed with my follow up visit for a tooth extraction. Dr Song was unavailable so the scheduler (calling the day before the appointment) placed me with Dr. Jackson. Upon arrival the dental assistant explained he was busy and I would have to wait for a while. A while ended up being an hour and 15 minutes with no contact from any staff members. As I sat waiting I realized the big screen computer had another patients file open. I figured that out because the X-rays that appeared looked nothing like my teeth. So I focused on the screen and the age of the patient was 8 years my senior. After all this as I watched the minutes pass I decided to leave. I received a call 13 minutes later from a staff person saying they were sorry they missed me.

Dr Song and all his amazing staff were all so great. They were very attentive, very knowledgeable, and very caring. I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was so quick and the team really cared about my comfort throughout the process. I cannot tell you how much I really appreciate how well everything went because I was do nervous. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

Dr Song and staff were the best ever. Went over exactly what to expect before during and after my extraction. Followed their instructions. I had no pain! Yes that is correct. I was off all pain meds the following evening by 9 pm. I highly recommend Dr Song and his staff.
