This was a rough experience. I had been looking for a specialist for my eye condition and was assured the person I saw was a specialist. I've been to 3 doctors over the last several years just trying to find a perfect scleral lens fit, and I can safely say this fit was by far the worst. Maybe a followup would have made the fit better, but it's hard to say because I had been calling for a couple of months and leaving messages and have yet to get a call back or anyone on the line. I've given up on this place and will probably go back to my last Dr next year, but it's annoying because I feel like they stole several hundred dollars of insurance claims from me.

Update 3/21 - Reached out to them to see if they can help me and fix my glasses and never got a follow up. Emailed again 1 week later and here we are with still no response. Absolutely ridiculous. My glasses I bought for $300+ broke within 6-7 months. Also I was used to using monthly contacts and the person I saw switched me to dailies saying it would be better. WRONG. So absolutely wrong. They are much harder to put in and take out, my eyes are always irritated with the dailies she recommended.

Friendly and professional staff. I am heading out of town with little opportunity today to schedule an appointment to pick up new So called ahead and requested to pick up glasses with no fitting. When I arrived a short time later the receptionist seemed unaware I was coming by but quickly adjusted and promptly went into back room to retrieve my glasses. Friendly, fast and responsive service is always appreciated. Well Done.
