Eyeglass world has no respect for your time. Expect a scheduled eye exam to take around 2 hours. That's maybe 30 minutes of an eye exam, and another hour and a half waiting around. Save yourself and the trouble and go somewhere that respects your time

UNPROFESSIONAL!! If there was any word I could give as a review it would be unprofessional. I am not from Sacramento, and I moved here recently so I was anticipating on finding a new center for an eye exam for contacts. I went for my initial eye exam in December 2023 it was until today February 24, 2024 when I finally received my TRIAL pairs. I had been repeatedly calling leading up from Christmas to after New Years, anticipating That I would be getting my trial pairs soon they kept telling me that my prescription was strong because I have an astigmatism and it was going to take about a month. I called again, and one staff member actually looked into my file and seen that an order was never made for my trial pairs. I cant believe that I was lied to or the staff was too lazy to look into my file and double check on my Contact lenses. When I went into my appointment to try on my new contacts, A man had me sit down at a table and gave me my trial pairs to put on, I told him that its been a few years since I wore contacts so my eyes are watery. He did not offer a station to wash my hands, nor any tissue. My eyes were very watery from not wearing contacts for so long so I had tears dripping down my face and after I had seen the optometrist who look like they were training, it was not the previous person that I met with, I walk out to the front, not knowing how to check out so I asked someone that Im checking out for my appointment and Ill be needing my contact prescription. The lady was looking for it and then eventually another staff member said they had my paper the whole time. I have not had a good experience at all and I definitely will not be coming back. I only came here because it was one of the offices that was approved for my insurance but I will be taking my money and business elsewhere, where I can actually feel welcomed and the staff care about what they do not just for a paycheck. .
