Best of the best. The staff is amazing. Whitney has gone above and beyond. Dr. Jaques is the most empathetic, knowledgeable, professional I have ever encountered. I've been going to her for over 12 years. Grateful for her.

My initial appointment with Stephanie Honda was the only pleasant part of my experience interacting with this office. I had to wait almost a month to see Dr.Jacques, after seeing Stephanie first because the doctor was booking so far out, and finally came in for my appointment to be told after waiting for nearly 30 minutes that the doctor was running behind and I wouldnt be seen for over an hour. I advised I had another appointment and couldnt wait. The office staff then offers me an appointment over a month away as a reschedule. I said that would not work for me as I had already been waiting several weeks and offered to do a Telehealth appointment the next day instead if that was easier. I receive a call from the office 20 minutes before my Telehealth appointment that the doctor will be about 15 minutes late to my call. After waiting for over an hour after my original appointment start time, I contacted the office to cancel the call as they clearly were too busy for me as a patient and I will find another practice. The woman at the front desk happily said she would cancel and offered no apology or concern whatsoever. As far as I can see, this practice is far too inundated with patients to give them the level of care they need.

I'm not quite sure what is going on with this clinic. I've been very frustrated with trying to get an appointment for my annual visit.for the last 2.5 years, that's right, 2 Years, I have scheduled for months out, taken time off of work, to suddenly have my appointment "bumped" or canceled the week of.

I waited 3 months to see this MD ,ONLY to have her cancel my appointment and then offer me an appointment in another 3 months . I am a high risk for ovarian cancer, and I have been experiencing a lot of GYN problems . No one cares. Her office then scheduled me with a family practice FNP and I already have a PCP. Women die because of the inability to receive healthcare .  Lucky for ,we the women , I am a healthcare blogger. Don't risk your life with this practice . She will cancel and offer you an appointment in 3 months , so she can cancel again . For reference I am the 11/8/2022 apt she cancelled .You can look up her cancelled appointments and call me . You obviously didn't handle her the first time. Read the reviews . She has cancelled on most people . I see a COMPETENT GYN on the 23rd . We ,the women , have a voice . This is why  ,I , as a healthcare provider , blog and make the public aware .  Pull her schedule . I was the 8 am appointment . You can contact me .
