Kamei's Eco Nail Spa

I went to Kameis Eco Nail Spa for the first time today. I booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old daughter. I got a manicure and bright in a nail design photo for inspiration. My daughter got the kids mani and pedi. I will definitely be returning. All of the staff was amazing. My daughter had Kim and she did a great job with what my daughter asked to have. It turned out really cute. My daughter even fell asleep part way she was so relaxed. I had Tiana and she did such a fantastic job. The design she did looked even better than my inspiration photo. The service was amazing and it was extremely clean and gentle. I also loved that they didnt cut off cuticles and just cleaned them up. Ive been to so many places that cut my cuticles and I end up bleeding. They brought out snacks and a kids drink for my daughter and asked me what I wanted to drink. It was busy and I could tell many of the other customers were regulars. Definitely a great place to get your nails done.

The best nail salon!!! I have been going here for years. I moved 30 minutes away and still make the drive every month because they are so amazing! Will not go to any other nail salon. So clean, relaxing, friendly, great products (Im obsessed with dazzle dry) and excellent customer service. They make all their own scrubs, lotions and use pink salt hot stones for the massage. I love that they use one use tubs and no jet spas. I refer everyone here and they all love it as much as I do.

Great manicure, but customer service could use some improvement. First time customer with high expectations based on the reviews. Overall, my manicure was great. The technician took her time in making sure my cuticles were cleaned up nicely and the polish coverage was really good. I did sense my technician being rushed by the other staff as they came around a few times as new customers walked in and a different technician took over after the polish portion. Reasons I'm docking a star: I did not feel like I was properly greeted, my technician didn't introduce herself and the only thing she said to me was how I wanted my nails trimmed, I was not offered a beverage at any time despite me seeing staff offering other customers beverages, and there was no communication regarding the new technician taking over my manicure. Very pleased with my manicure so I'd like to say I'll be back, but the customer service will need to level up for repeat business.

Made an appointment for 3 people two weeks ago. Drove 50 minutes to the location, and they were closed!!! They have lost my business for good!
