Carson really knows what he is talking about and can methodically work through each task. He is willing to be creative, but not pushy. This is the second loan I have had funded through Carson and if I have a chance for a third he will certainly be getting a call.

I have dealt with Mr. Christopher Long, Golden Bear Mortgage, for many years to either finance or refinance properties I own. I have always trusted Mr. Long's guidance and opinions. His company has been efficient and expeditious when completing the necessary forms. I haven't experienced any unexpected problems that I had to deal with. The company is very professional and up-to-date with computer programs that, as a customer, makes my life easier. No running back and forth to sign or provide paperwork. The staff at Golden Bear Mortgage are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to use Golden Bear Mortgage in my upcoming dealings.
