Unprofessional, unempathetic, and In my personsonal experience rarely responds. He also didn't do a walk with any of the tenants upon moving out. Flooring kept breaking and landlord wouldn't properly fix creating a safety hazard. He even did multiple showings the week I was moving out so I had to continuously reclean on top of him knowing I was very injured. I won't be working with him again. In my 2 years of living at a property managed by Matthew, many things weren't handled in a timely manner which caused multiple problems for tenant that could have been prevented.
