She was involved in all aspects of closing, helped us feel confident about our purchase, and gave us perspective on what our negotiating power is and what we should be mindful of. She checked in on us regularly throughout the process, and has followed up multiple times since we closed as well to ensure things are going smoothly.

If you are looking for a realtor around greater Sacramento area, dont look further. Hazuki is the best. As a first time home buyer, we had no knowledge of purchasing a home. We sweat a lot for small things and worried about every steps we had to take. Hazuki was always there for us, patiently educated us, listened and tried to solve all of our concerns. She is professional yet one of the friendliest person Ive met. We bought a house from well known online real estate marketplace company. It wasnt easy to deal with them, slow communication and many mistakes but Hazuki managed everything for us and we got a good deal out of it. I highly recommend Hazuki for your future realtor!

5 stars would not be good enough for how she helped me. I wanted to purchase a property for investment in the Sacramento area, but hesitated because I was new to this place. She has a deep understanding and knowledge of that areas She listened to my criteria carefully and gave me advice properly. She replied and moved very quickly when needed. I did not feel any worries during the process. Also, she is helping me to find contractors after I purchased my property. If you want to find someone who is trustworthy to help purchasing real estate, I highly recommend you contact her. You would never go wrong.
