I received a referral from a coworker about a realtor she worked with (Wendi Mae) when I was looking to buy my for ever home, and at first I was extremely skeptical but she came through with love, care and knowledge. She didnt just sell me a home she has also helped me through a few hurdles with home related repairs and advise. Not to mention her abundant pool of home service contacts and people in high places. Its good to have a multi purpose business person that goes out of their way to help even when their job is done.

Wendi-Mae brings passion and energy to her work. She jumped in immediately and was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of a house. She was always available and was a valuable advocate for us with the sellers realtor when we ran into some issues. She knows the industry and is well connected and provided contacts for inspections, repairs, insurance, etc. She cares about her clients and making sure things are done right. I feel like we made a new friend. We very much enjoyed working with Wendi-Mae and would recommend adding her to your team!

Can't go wrong with Wendi-Mae in either selling your house or buying a house. Wendi-Mae will work her heart out for you. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of selling our house with Wendi-Mae. In fact, she was our realtor 10 years ago, in 2013, when we first moved to the area. Over those 10 years, she stayed in contact with us and we consulted her when one of our sons was contemplating purchasing property a few years ago. Her knowledge and willingness to clarify the questions we had, as well as the advice she offered our son went above and beyond. When we decided to move, the only realtor we wanted was Wendi-Mae. Her professionalism and diligence landed us a selling price 45k over asking, and she had not one, but two back-up offers in the wings--both over asking. We couldn't be more pleased.
