Denise is a wonderful realtor! As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed. She was patient and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Even after buying my home she was always available to answer any questions I had for her. She is passionate and capable and I was very lucky to have found her!

I appreciate all of the work that Denise did to help me buy my first home! First of all, she is punctual. She showed up on time to every single home showing and scheduled phone call. Also, as far as I can tell, Denise followed through on her word in every instance. From asking listing agents questions about properties on my behalf, to procuring a list of reputable home and pest inspectors for me to choose from, to even following through on securing a gift card to a restaurant of my choice at the time of closing--she is, in a word, RELIABLE. She helped walk me through the whole homebuying process and educated me every step of the way. Furthermore, Denise alerted me to the "Homes for Heroes" program, which as I understand, provides teachers, military, firefighters, law enforcement, and healthcare workers with a little extra cash upon the purchase of a first home. Denise did all the paper work for that, and I, being a teacher, received some of that "Homes for Heroes" cash! Anyway, I could go on and on, but I'll just close with this: you can bet that I'll be looking up Denise the next time I go to buy a home.

We were very lucky to have Denise as our realtor. She was very patient with us and we never felt pressured to buy. She was very diligent in finding out the details of the homes we looked at so that we were well informed about the house we were looking at before deciding to make a purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure that the house would meet all of our "must haves." It was really nice to have a realtor who looked out for your needs. We felt like she always had our best interest in mind. It was our first time buying a home and she made the whole home buying process seamless. Denise was very informative, resourceful, and most importantly, trustworthy. Thanks so much Denise, we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. We couldn't ask for anyone better!
