Linda is the best!! The house buying process is so stressful. However, Linda truly is an angel and was able to help manage the emotional rollcoaster through the process. She always responded to my texts or emails quickly. She gave good sound advice. I wish I knew her when I had bought my first home. My first home buying experience was a horrible. Now that I had something to compare, I realized just how great Linda really is. She got me into the home of my dreams! She was proactive when it came to selling my home so that I could purchase my dream home. My first buyer fell through but She immediately had another buyer ready to go and negotiated in a way so that our timelines worked. Also, she holds your hand through every part of the house buying experience. She works well with your lender, other agents and the underwriters. She literally handles it all. Im referring her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
