Very unhappy with her services. She is nice don't get me wrong but she is not good at what she does. Sonia over promises and under delivers. She takes no accountability on top of that and plays with the truth. She doesn't have enough knowledge that takes to be a good agent and blames it on the clients. for instance, I had told her about our situation and she said she didn't know even though I had a witness when I had shared that information with her but again no accountability just excuses. So anyways if you want your house to not sell sure choose her but don't fall for her promises. Very disappointed with her...
