had work with couple of realtors in the past 20 years and i will have say Paul is one of the best! He knows his work very well and he really works for you and he works really hard for you! From start to the end of purchasing my home, Paul has been thourough. Step by step, he keeps me informed. And he is also the 1st realtor I worked with that develop a timeline so all parties( seller, buyer,loan and title) work together to complete task for closing escrow . And yes we did closed escrow couple days early despite holiday season. I will definitely refer Paul to friends, coworkers and Families. I decided to sell my home in Roseville in September of 2018 to move in with my elderly mother who required 24/7 care. I first met Paul Li thru a neighbor the year prior in 2017, but Paul kept in contact with me over the next year, periodically inquiring on how "mom was doing," and keeping me apprised of market conditions. Never "pushy," Paul always offered his assistance, but allowed me to ultimately decide when the time was right to sell my home. From the outset, Paul demonstrated a helpful and cooperative disposition, a truly down-to-earth and genuine nature, and a very professional attitude. He handled all aspects of my sales transaction in a completely flawless manner. Paul was extremely proactive by taking necessary steps to prevent any possible problems from occurring. He definitely demonstrated expertise in and great knowledge of the real estate sales process; and, he took great pride in knowing and learning about my neighborhood and surrounding area so that he could confidently answer questions from prospective buyers. In my opinion, all of the above are important qualities to look for when seeking a real estate agent. Paul definitely has these qualities, plus he is a genuinely caring person, getting to know you and your family on a personal level. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Paul Li as your next real estate agent.

My husband and I met Paul at an open house and he instantly stood out from all the other realtors we had met. He was kind, informative and refreshingly honest about the home buying process and availability. Our home buying process was as smooth as could be, even with a few bumps and roadblocks from the home builder, Paul was our advocate and go between for everything! His communication was amazing and met with us a moments notice when we had concerns. Even now, it's been a year since we moved in to our new home and we still communicate with questions and he is just as responsive and amazing. I recommend him HIGHLY and without reservation. You rock Paul!!!

We met Paul after going to a number of open houses and meeting a variety of realtors. Paul stood out to us as being the most friendly and personable. He even remembered our kids names weeks after we met. Being from the Bay Area (like most everyone else), we had no local knowledge of Roseville/Rocklin. Paul helped us understand the pros and cons of certain neighborhoods, how local taxes worked (mello-roos!), and insider information about the schools. As much research as we did online, there is just no replacement for the local knowledge Paul provided. Paul was also very willing to spend the time with us looking at many, many houses. He never rushed us or expected us to settlehe genuinely wanted us to find the right house we could love and make our own. He did a great job negotiating our home purchase and made the process very smooth for us (probably not so much for him, but he would never admit that!). He's also a great resource for contractors, locksmiths, and other service providers once you move in. My wife and I highly recommend Paul to help you navigate the Roseville/Rocklin area, understand the real estate market, and find the home you will love. P.S. He brought in Krispy Kreme for our kids during the home inspection, if that isn't reason enough to hire Paul, I don't know what is. ;-)
