I have a decent amount of gut issues and had been searching for a local business that specializes in colon hydrotherapy (colonics). "An ancient practice to hydrate while gently removing excess waste, this restorative therapy can reestablish healthier gut mobility, improve digestion, and boost immunity. The ultimate "letting go" experience for a total release and reset." Scheduling an appointment was easy, filling out the new-client paperwork was a breeze, and all of the staff are super friendly. Pricing varies and there are multiple packages to choose from. I've been booking with Tamara since May 2022, who is AMAZING at what she does! She has wonderful energy; makes you feel extremely comfortable during the entire process and is excited about what she does. Once I've finished a colon hydrotherapy session, I feel lighter and renewed. If you're curious and considering booking an appointment, I highly recommend Internal Wisdom and Tamara!
