I have flipped 4 Ecom sites these last 5yrs so I've worked with a lot of other guys doing Paid Ads, PPC, PPL for Facebook, Google & YouTube, it's nothing new to me. One thing I haven't had with my last Marketing guys is overall consistnency and someone stepping up and coming through on their word.
