TL;DR: They took nearly twice as long as quoted to arrive, and more than quadrupled the price from $29 to $160. Talked them down to $50. Dude was sketchy and unlicensed. Avoid this place for actual locksmith services. I got locked out of my car and my teenager called them to get my car opened. They quoted a price of $29(should have realized this was too low) and a time of 25 minutes, and after nearly 25 minutes of waiting they call and say it will be another 18 minutes. When they finally arrive it was the sketchiest encounter I've ever had from a legit business. The car was clearly the dude's personal car, no company logos and mismatched panels. He immediately says its gonna be a $29 call out fee plus ~$130 to unlock the car. I told him no and that they didn't say that over the phone or I wouldn't have agreed. He ends up asking how much we were hoping to spend, my wife tells him $50, and to his credit he makes a phone call and suddenly he can do the 30 seconds of work for $50. He leaves and another locksmith approaches me and asks what they charged, and tells me that guy probably wasn't even licensed. He says these companies hire random dudes to do these jobs, and his company has been struggling with it for years.

I got 3 keys made, 2 regular metal keys and one polkadot painted key. The two metal keys were perfect. I had some difficulty with the polkadot key because of the paint. We had to peel some residue off for it to work.

The locksmith pulled a no show. After committing to a timeframe. After an hour later I called the 24 hour phone number and that is how I found out the locksmith pushed the appointment to Sunday. Would not call them again. Poor service
