image I would give AllState a 0 if I had the chance... I was rear ended by another vehicle over 3 weeks ago. I receive daily phone calls from the responsible party's insurance, yet haven't had one phone call from AllState and the adjuster assigned (Derek Southworth) has made no effort to help me. AllState tagline "Your in Good Hands" should read "Your in no hands". This company is worthless.....

image I was involved in a rear end collision on June 3rd. I was hit so hard from behind that my new (2021 Dodge Ram Bighorn 1500) was catapulted into the vehicle ahead of me. I was summarily transported by EMT to local hospital for MRI and X-rays. I immediately (within 24 hours) submitted a Claim through the AllState APP portal. I was assigned an "AllState Adjuster" (D. Southworth) and completed all legal docs (CA Dmv regs). *Because my vehicle is financed, I have to have full coverage (w/$500 Deductible).
Upon release from Emergency Room, I needed a taxi to take me to a local Tow Yard (after hours to boot) and proceeded to go out of pocket for $678 tow fee and after hours release. I submitted photos and bills acquired (over the $500 deduction) and patiently awaited for my out of pocket compensation, which never materialized, despite having my bank account connected to AllState (my insurance is deducted each month via the same account automatically). I left several messages, via portal and voice mail in the next week for the adjuster or rep to call me. *I was still shaken up physically (whiplash and concussion) but wanted to get my vehicle fixed asap and get an AllState approved auto body shop to do the significant repairs and work. It is now Aug 31 and I have yet to hear from the adjuster assigned to my claim, or anyone from AllState for help dealing with the other party's insurance. I have sent multiple emails, trouble tickets, phone calls, etc. I reached out to my Agent I Villagomez, who has always responded by email, and I have complained to him about the treatment (or lack thereof) and negligence of AllState and its agents. Unfortunately, even though he always responds that he will forward my complaint to his supervisors and someone will get back to me, never happens. Nearly 3 months, and my claim is still open without one return phone call from the Adjuster (Derek Southworth) or anyone to reach out. Isn't the tagline, "Your in Good Hands"?? Seriously? I have been in no hands. I finally decided to seek out an attorney to deal with the guilty party insurance company. *Today, I received yet another email from AllState alerting me that my next payment will be deducted automatically from my checking account.... Lol... You can't make this chit up. Stay so far away from this company, you regret your decision, if you ever need help with your vehicle. I haven't been compensated one dime. Sorry for the length but if it steers one driver (or any insurance need) away from AllState, then great. My vehicle is being held together by duct tape. All the bells and whistles I paid for are inoperable (safety sensors, cameras, electrical is failing).... Miserable company and should be ashamed.

image Im usually not motivated to write a review however, given the state of things with the pandemic I must say that my faith has been restored with the service that I received from Basheera. I recently purchased a home and wanted to add home insurance to my previous insurer because why not and it would have been convenient. That experience was far from convenient and pleasant. Out of frustration, I contacted several insurance companies, and although Allstate did not have the best rate they were able to match the lower rate without compromising on my wants. Basheera was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. In a world full of automation it was very nice to talk to a person. If you are looking for home and auto bundles do your research and reach out to Basheera. If there were more people like Basheera in the insurance industry, people would trust it more.
