We are big travelers. Daughter is in travel ball and husband travels for work. We are Marriot Gold Elite members, but that means nothing to them.
On this occasion, we booked a room for my daughters travel ball tournament. Unfortunately, due to weather, tournament got canceled last min because the weather tore up the fields. I called the hotel to see if they would be willing to cancel the room without the fees, due to the circumstances and they werent not willing to do so. I know they can do so if they want too but made up a lie about me asking for them to do it the month before (I canceled on Tuesday and needed to cancel by Thursday, I was within my time frame). I called corporate and they were willing to refund me, but I will not be staying here and encourage any other travel ball parent to consider this circumstance when deciding where to stay. This are not the place!

We have been staying at various Fairfield hotels in the area for years all being great stays. This location is really new with an awesome walk in shower. Margaret in catering was totally nice every morning. Her warm greetings and smiles brightened up our mornings. She is an amazing chef. We will be back again someday. Thank you
