Unable to get your 401k money after leaving employment. Cannot speak with a supervisor. The people over the phone are extremely rude! The worst experience. I plan to put in extra work to go after this company, I really don't have the time but will make the time!

Spoke to 4 people today who all hung up. Very rude. I believe someone at this organization stole my information. Staff will disconnect on you refuse to give confirmation numbers. Supervisors dont call back when requested I am so disgusted by this organization I could spit fire. I wish someone who actually liked their job would call to assist. Spoke with Carlos who yelled and we got into a verbal argument because he refused to contact a supervisor for my request Spoke with shakita who did the same. This is the absolute worst place Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business I hope everyone reads this and pulls your business they are a terrible lying thieving company
