        I'm 68 had gifts and bought myself over years..I'm still a sucker for Coach....I have stopped buying has much since there's lots and lots of plastic now in their products...sadly I'm sure in the future if they continue to throw out plastic...I will not be buying.

        Worst coach outlet store, every single worker is rude and snotty. Always staring at people in disgust. Smh. You workers need to be humbled. Do better at your job. You work there for a reason.

        The vibe was definitely off with the workers. You can feel the tension. I came in for a gift and asked for a purse in a box instead of the display. The lady came asked what I showed her the purse. She went to the back came out less than 5 seconds later and said no. When I checked out I asked if they had a box or gift wrapping. I paid extra just for a box. There just wasnt any effort from the employees to help make my experience good as well as making the gift look nice. Kate spade has better customer service and they go above and beyond that is reasonable.
