Over the past 20 years, we have tried several dry cleaning companies. There was always one problem or another with every company: spots on clothes, staple rips on the sleeves, missing buttons, lost clothing, etc.A few years ago, we tried Willow Creek Cleaners. They have done an excellent job for us every week, and we have never had a single problem. The clothes look great! And the staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional. I wish we had come here long ago! Thank you, Willow Creek Cleaners, for your consistent excellence! It is nice to know that in these times, there is a company that offers kind, courteous, reliable, professional service, outstanding results, and always does such a wonderful job.

Store owner greeted me immediately, took my suit jacket, told me it would be done Monday, and gave me a ticket. I came back Monday, was immediately greeted again, my suit jacket was clean, and placed on a nice hanger with plastic cover. Very timely, professional, and convenient. Will use again in the future when I need to.

Very friendly service and reasonable prices.   Never had an issue and it's done within a day or so.  I have even seen the owner jump-start a costumers car that wouldn't start!  This is my go-to dry cleaning in Folsom!

I brought some shirts in for cleaning and they did a great job. I'm leaving a review however because I brought a ski jacket in with a stuck zipper. We had tried everything. Anyway they fixed it and the owner refused to take any money from me. It's an expensive jacket and I really appreciated the fix. Really great service and I will certainly be a return customer.
