        In the state of CA you dont need an SSN to obtain a drivers license or change the name or address on an existing drivers license. This location refused to help with an address change on a drivers license because we didnt have an SSN, despite the fact that per the DMVs website, you dont need one to change your address. Negative stars.

        They should say that it is closed today, April 1st 2024. for Cesar Chavez Day There were a lot of people waiting until I called and they said it was a holiday.

        Definitely odd to find this location in a shopping Plaza but it is what it is However friendly folks despite the ancient process of DMV Gentlemen in windows 1 (checked in) , 2(information/ Payment) and 16/17(the last one), forgot to get their names but they were cool . Shout out again to Mr in Station 16/17 the one that takes photo, thank you sir! Their customer service is bit better in this region and I second the other comment, Folsom location is way better than Rocklin (they too stiff there, well except for the vet gentleman he's the only cool one there) Upon entrance queues: Non appointments - left With appointments - right
