Unwelcoming and Disheartening Experience at Tooth Station My family and I had been searching for a pediatric dentist, and we thought we had found a promising one at Tooth Station. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of empathy and understanding. When my child fell sick the day of their appointment, I called Tooth Station to inform them of the situation and to request a rescheduling. Not only did the receptionist I spoke to refuse to accommodate any rescheduling, but they also informed me that Tooth Station would no longer be able to provide dental services for my family at all. This decision seemed to be based solely on the fact that my child was sick, and we were unable to provide a proper notice for rescheduling. I understand the importance of having a cancellation policy in place, but in this situation, I believe that their response was extremely disproportionate and callous. The complete denial of dental care for my family due to an unforeseen illness is both unwelcoming and disheartening. We, as a family, were hoping to find a dental practice that prioritizes patient care and well-being, but it appears that Tooth Station is more concerned with rigid policies and profit. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am now left searching for a new dental practice for my family. I cannot recommend Tooth Station to anyone, as their inflexible policies and lack of empathy demonstrate a disregard for patient care and well-being.

Been taking our kids to Dr Bryan for their dental checkups their entire lives and its been a great experience. Dr Bryan and staff are fast and friendly and highly responsive when emergencies arise.

Take my two kids here and they are always awesome. Kids are so excited to go back to dentist when ever we tell them. Keep up the good work !!

Very accommodating to small children who have anxiety about dental procedures; helped my daughter through her filling and crown procedures.
