Cadence Academy Preschool

This facility is poorly managed with a revolving door of employees that reflect employee dissatisfaction and high turnover. Most employees state being there less than a year. Employees' concerns are not addressed, or validated, and they are not valued and the pay is low. The staff is caring and nurturing, but the lacks effective leadership.

Infant room staff is AMAZING. Period. Full stop. Take it from two working parents - they spend more wake time with our daughter M-F... Literally could not ask for more. With how expensive daycare can be in general, I never thought I would feel like we were getting FAR MORE than our money's worth. We're not wealthy - but it's the one bill we're always happy to pay. God bless folks who can be full-time parents - but these ladies are absolute pros... Can't imagine doing it without them...

Both of my kids are enrolled and they love it! The staff is very loving toward my children and they never seem to want to go home. The schools interior is clean and feels like home. The playground is huge and my daughter is in love with all of the animals!

Having been part of the Cadence family for the past 3 years, we truly couldnt ask for a better environment for our children to thrive in. From engaging, kind, transparent, and experienced teachers, to an excellent healthy nutrition program, daily outdoor activities, to the leadership team, Cadence is truly a top-tier developmental education center that our kids and family love!

Amazing!!! My son truly enjoyed his time there, it's a great place to take your child to have them actually learning in the classroom and on track for school. Communication with Taylor and Sandra is incredible, and everyone there is a pleasure to be around. They go above and beyond for parent involvement, and truly care about every single child in that school. I could not have picked a better place for my son.
