As I was walking in, I noticed a very unhappy gal walking out and made a comment that she would not be back.
I proceeded to ask a gal in the makeup dept. about a foundation I was looking for. I got a sample from ipsy and loved it, so I went to ulta to see if they carried it. The young lady I talked to said to see if the gals upfront (register) could look it up for me. She said some ultas may carry different things. She was very nice.
Now, the gals up front?? No. They seemed to think I would just know either way and was wasting their time. The first girl that helped me was learning, so she had to ask another (the rude gal), and then she asked someone who seemed in charge. I hope the new gal doesn't pick up on that entitled rude behavior with customers because she seemed sweet. So I went to sephora. They WANTED my business and actually wanted to help me! So why should I go back to ulta? The other unhappy woman I saw leaving the store isn't. Lol!
