Jimboy's Tacos Corporate Office

Our Jimboys located in Cameron Park CA. The tacos at this location have been going down hill for over a year now .. but I keep going back to see if it's just an off day .buy no ...you can see in this picture no cheese on the inside or on the outside of the shell ..as normall.very dry hard over cooked shell ...I'm so disappointed used to eat there evey week not any more ...and no salsas included so I used some taco bell packets I have saved from getting to much from taco bell..

I'm a regular customer. Just returning home after a 4 day hospital stay. Craving my favorite food, cheese enchilada and 4 tacos for later I offered to buy my medical helpers dinner. We ordered very clearly, tacco burger and fries. 1 cheese enchilada and 4 tacos please. Can u bag it with the tacco burger and fries separately from the enchiladas and tacco. I was home from hospital and I had one cheese enchilada and no tacos I called my worker she lives 20 miles away. Look 4 the tacos I don't have them?? Bwenr to store the next day and was going to purchase more food. I told the person in charge about the missing 4 tacos. She was very rude ..... Big deal later so was the manger on the phone. 4 tacos died u list a life time customer for 4 tacco . Plus rude. Rude. Rude.

I had a birthday reward and today was my last day to use it. I knew my order would cost more than the $5.00 reward, so I added money onto my account. As soon as I did, my reward disappeared and was not applied to my order. Extremely disappointed that Jimboys resorts to FALSE ADVERTISING to get folks in. What a rip off. Tried to complete the survey to explain what happened, form will not submit!! You have good food but these two instances show me you could care less about your customer or providing a way to contact you when there is an issue.

Went to our favorite Jimboy's in Folsom. I was informed they no longer offer shredded beef for their tacos or burritos!! Very disappointed that I had to settle for chicken burritos. They were not even close to the taste of the shredded beef!! Somebody in corporate has dropped the ball
