Update on this review 2/19/2023 I called the number below to get MY money back and NOBODY has bothered to return my call as they say they would like to help me .... YAH RIGHT !!!!!!!!! STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!
I called the so called 800 number and they told me they would get back with me. It's been way over a month now and have never heard back from ANYONE......... They kept my money and never paid me back !!!
I put $100.00 in the gas pump cash machine on #10 and it took my money and gave me 0 credit. The poor lady who tried to help me (which was her 2nd day at work) didn't know how to get the money back and said she has to wait for the lady who is suppose to be there at 10:00 pm so she could help her. The lady started her shift at 10:00pm and she arrived LATE at 10:40 pm, just to tell me she cant help me get my money back and was rude to me. This place has really gone down the drain in customer service.
Another lady drove by us and said she has the same problem with her gas pump.
