I sent my computer here THREE YEARS AGO and I havent been able to get it back or contact ANYONE. We are sending this to small claims and hopefully get our computer back. My husband just showed up at the location and its empty.

The business phone is shut down. Very concerned about Garrick. No reply to multiple calls/emails since 09-17-21. Last word from him he was recovering from an injury and nothing since then. If anyone knows more, please share. He's the best.

For several years, Garrick and Thomas, have provided excellent service. My last contact with them was probably in June. At that time they were busy restructuring their company to a mobile service. It appears something went awry. They have no internet presence and cannot be reached by phone or email. I hope that should they read this, they will make an effort to reconnect with their old customers and once again provide the kind of service we had come to expect.

I left my computer with them 2 months ago and never got it back. They don't answer phone calls either. I dropped by their location and it is empty. I guess my computer and all my photos and documents are gone forever.
