100% Chiropractic - Folsom

I have to give a negative rating because my experience was something I feel like others should be warned about. I got a Groupon and my first visit getting scans was good, everyone was very kind and info was informative and I felt good about the practice and the staff. Between my first and second appointment I was laid off from my job unexpectedly. The whole appointment was just to tell me my spine and neck was very messed up and I would need to spend 6k annually to correct it. I explained that I had just been laid off from my job and could not afford something like that, and that was very embarrassing for me to have to talk about. Instead of just accepting that and moving on and saying maybe when you get a job we can talk about this again, they continued to put pressure on me and try to get me to apply for care credit based on my previous income, which I said I'm pretty sure I can get in trouble for applying for credit using previous/not current income information and I don't think the business should be encouraging people to do that. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't even go to my massage appointment that I paid for because I was too embarrassed to go back and too afraid they would keep trying to pressure me into buying something I can't afford when I don't have a job. I understand and respect someone running a business and trying to make an honest living. My experience was that the tactics used were very predatory and aggressive and I dont believe that someone should encourage people to apply for a line of credit using income information that is false to qualify for a line of credit. I hope no one else will have to experience this.

Love this place. It is my first experience with a Chiropractor and I always feel better after an adjustment. Cant lie though my very first appointment left me feeling terrible my body really had been so stuck and set in that position for so long. I trusted the process though and went back and now I look forward to going and my back always feels better after. I just pay as I go, they do offer several different packages which might make more sense if you plan to go several times a week. Overall, they make you feel super welcome and comfortable and accommodate whatever you need. Definitely recommend!

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about driving from Rancho Cordova to Folsom when I have a Chiropractor office within walking distance from home. I am so glad I did! Amazing staff, felt like family. The adjustment was great, and the massage made my day quite pleasant. I will definitely sleep well tonight

Having recently just finished my second adjustment I can say that Dr.Christian is a very friendly man who's adjustments have left me feeling better.

Dr. Christian is excellent and knowledgeable. He took time and effort to work on you. But on my last visit, some lady did my adjustment. I did not even feel adjusted, and she was not even paying attention or focusing on me while being adjusted. She was talking to another patient while I'm being adjusted. Sorry but I'm not going back there anymore. I am not going to risk myself.
