        This is almost as infuriating as the way the dirty IRS and State franchise tax board operates. You cannot get a hold of anyone when you actually do get to the proper prompts all you are met with is we cannot help individuals goodbye

        The reason reviews you see here for 1 star are from frustrated employees of businesses that use ADP. The employees in this office are B2B Sales and aren't allowed access into active accounts, that has a to be done through a service center because of the conflict of interest between sales and the level of access service support has. ADP is definitely by no means perfect but a lot of people don't know exactly how payroll companies work and it can cause a lot of frustration and anger towards those companies.

        This sucks! I have two employers and cannot access both. I needed help and the phone number only gives automated help WITHOUT the option of speaking to someone. There's no email to get help. How does a person solve a problem???
