        I came in with my boyfriend and received above and beyond service from Susan Ando. We just wanted to open an account but I had a question regarding my Chase rewards. While the issue wasnt resolved by the end our visit, Susan made it a priority to ensure that it was addressed.

        This is our all-time favorite bank! They treat us like family and literally, everyone from the manager to the bankers are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way for their customers. Best bank ever!

        I cant stress how bad this chase bank is. Three different times I went in to do the same request. All three times it was different things they told me. The third time I was told they cant fulfill my request at all, when they clearly did it the first two times. Go to another chase bank location if you can.
