Noah's NY Bagels

I have never received such a disappointing bagel. From a bagel shop. In what world is this acceptable? Absolutely awful. The bagel is completely burnt, so much so there is a hole in the top. The line took forever and then this is what we got. Weve been coming here and everything keeps getting worse and worse until this today just awful overall. Go to a small mom and pop shop instead.

4 people behind the counter, just 2 people before me in line and I had to wait 20 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to receive my order of bagel with smear only! Service definitely sucks, since breakfast should be more of grab and go. and beware they do not take apple pay or Samsung pay!! Edit: I did not think it could get worser. Apps dont work, they dont honor in-app discounts if apps dont work, and its quite a dirty place!!
