        Had the best experience ever @ a dealership Saturday at Future Nissan in Folsom. Nicole in the service department, made me a believer ,the next new car will be at Future Nissan. Five stars!!!

        I paid extra for them to rotate my tires and they didn’t rotate them and now my back tires are toast .. I dropped it off for a warranty claim and they wanted to charge me 1300$ for a sensor that costs 22$ and I replaced in 5 minutes.. they gave me a “free” car wash but it was just a 1$ off coupon so I ended having to buy a car wash .. they left oil and grease smudges all across the side of my car as well .. good salesmen but their service department is absolutely garbage . I will never go there again .

        This is my second time purchasing from Folsom Nissan. Both times was a great experience. Zach L. helped me out this time and he was phenomenal! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t put any pressure on and it was a great experience.
