I recently came to Dennis Z. for consultation on a workers compensation issue over the phone and he was rude about it and made me feel hopeless about the situation. Then referred me to a personal injury attorney. Which is his partner , Mr Jacobsen. Only reason I gave two stars was because Mr Jacobsen drove out from Folsom to my home in Elk Grove to discuss my case. He told me he would call me the next week. Next week came around and I waited to see what he found out, until I finally receive a letter. Mr Jacobsen decided not to accept my case. Instead of waiting for the letter to come to my house, a phone call immediately would've been much more helpful considering this is still a case I have going. Communication is important to clients . This is our lives and I don't care for snail mail when I have things to take care of. Shouldn't have went with a company that doesn't even have a single review . Well you do now .Update: the firm is requesting I take down this review. YELP IS FOR MY HONEST OPINION. Bad company, rude people.Secondly , apologies to Mr Aiken for my misunderstanding of who I spoke with . Dennis Z was the attorney. He was just terrible .
