        Look elsewhere! The management was great when I moved in, then I unfortunately lost my job due to the Film Strike that started in May. Selling my house was an absolute nightmare with the current management (Libby and Bob). It took nearly a month to get the new buyers approved, they complained about the size of the door to get under the home along with many other issues along the way. If it wasnt for my realtor pushing the management, we would have lost the sellers. Along with that they raised the lot rent from $1250 a month to over $2000 a month. Not including utilities! This is in Fillmore, a place where people try to find lower prices than Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. I am so glad I moved and I know a few others are moving as well due to rising costs and terrible management! Very unfortunate as the park is beautiful and well maintained. Soon, nobody will be able to afford the park. Very sad!
