        Had an appointment at 10:15 it's 1130 and we are not out yet.. long wait time . Friendly staff .

        I went in for labs and I expect a long wait, after 30 min of no one being called for labs I questioned the receptionist. She was instantly irritated, and wouldnt let me speak. She spoke over me many times interrupting me, than began laughing with the other receptionist once I sat back down. So unprofessional.
