        Juana was able to support our transition from another insurance agent to her current insurance agent. Juana was attentive and addressed all of my concerns. There had been a lapse in my coverage and a miscommunication with my former agent regarding the coverage and cost. Now that I am with Academy West, Juana has been able to provide me a breakdown and provided a detailed explanation of the type of coverage that would benefit our family vehicles. She was patient with all my demands and left nothing unanswered. Im extremely satisfied with Juanas exemplary service. Thank you Juana!
