We were impressed with Krystal's local knowledge and understanding of the market and knew the profile of buyers interested in the area. Krystal had prospective buyers in place very quickly and firm offer in a matter of days. Krystal also understood exactly what we were looking for in a new home. The sale of our home was handled professionally with ease & I cannot praise her enough. Krystal kept us up to date at all stages & was easy to contact and speak with. She made herself readily available. Krystal was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. In addition, Krystal explained to us the process of both selling & purchasing which made both of these monumental milestones during COVID manageable.
