Worst apt complex to live one dramatic event after another with the bugs and horrible maintenance

Rachel was very helpful, she treated us super well and helped us with all our questions. she is very nice we were looking for apartments in fallbrook and all the managers of other apartments had super bad attitude except rachel.

I really enjoyed living here. The landlord Rachel was my neighbor and the first day she gave me a move in present and she never complained if we were ever loud (you can't hear through the walls though so that's probably why). She is such a nice person and a hard worker. I also felt safe here and it was a nice community of people. I would recommend living here :)

I have been here for almost 2 years and I believe that Pinecrest is the best apartment complex in the city. I could not be happier with Rachel, (Property Manager) and the maintenance team. I love our apartment, the grounds, and  the sense of safety and security. This place truly is a gem in Fallbrook. I don't know why you would live anywhere else.

I lived here for about 2 1/2 years and never had any issues. Its a quiet apartment complex and the grounds are well maintained. I just moved out in the past month to be closer to my work in OC, otherwise I likely would have stayed longer. Rachel, the property manager, was always very friendly and helpful with any needs I had and maintenance was always on point with getting any issues I had resolved. Ive heard some stories from other residents about the vehicle break-ins that some other reviews are talking about, but thankfully Ive never had any issues. Theres no guest parking, but theres street parking and worst case theres a lot of space on the street on ammunition, which is a few minutes walk. I never really had guests, so it was never an issue. I think the only real complaint I have is that sometimes I wouldnt get a response for a while when I called the front office or left and email and I would have to check back. I get the impression that Rachel is probably very busy managing the place by herself so I usually gave the benefit of the doubt. Also people always park on the red curb by the entrance blocking the view when you pull out and people drive kind of fast on Clemmens Ln, so it can get kind of sketchy. People also love to stop on the red curb immediately in the entrance which is dangerous because the turn can be blind because of parked cars blocking the view. Overall Id recommend Pinecrest to a friend and I love Fallbrook, and will definitely miss the area.
