Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic

Went to solano Napa Pet on April 1,2023 to get treatment for my dog . My dog was treated for pain on left leg .was told that she had back problems. They performed blood work and gave my dog pain killer and took X-rays IV .since that time my dog have not been able to walk eat or use bathroom. I call several time to let them know that my dog could not walking nor eat anything. I was told to wait 6 to eight weeks she should get better. Prior to treatment my dog was able to walk with little pain. After treatment she can walk at all . Pls don't take your pet to this place for treatment under any circumstances.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY!!! They ran up a $1300 bill even before they examined my dog. We went in because my dog was constantly throwing up. They ran multiple tests on my dog without any conclusion on what was wrong with him. $400 for an X-ray and $200 for a doctor to look at the X-ray, so outrageous!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. WE NEED HONEST PEOPLE, NOT ONES WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US DURING A ROUGH TIME!!!

I have used Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic three times over the years. They have been consistently outstanding. I just recently had to rush in late at night and they were so kind, compassionate, and considerate and took exceptional care of my girl. She needed surgery and they walked me through the estimate (which was very reasonable), performed the surgery immediately, and kept me apprised of each and every step through texts and phone calls. When I picked up my girl, she was 1000% better and the surgical incision a work of art. They also walked through all the post-op care procedures and medications. I cannot recommend this business more highly. Thank you!
