      image Been going here since September when we moved here. No problems til today. Went to send something back, to the same company as I have done every other month at UPS store.. today.. girl says she can take it & I have to go to post office.. claimed she has worked there for 10 years.. so with her not accepting to take is.. the girl in the back made her comment...this is U-P-S no USPS..just rude.. so I went to another store and was able to send it back..

      image Don't go to this one. Go to the one in Suisun. Apparently they don't ship out boxes that you have shipped from this store before as they can't recall. You have someone behind the counter that has been there for 10 years and can't remember that you have come in and sent something from there before and at every other UPS store you have been to. Today they don't ship these specific boxes. Also, though It clearly says UPS on the front of the store, they have the audacity to point out it is not USPS. Very rude as if they don't want you to do business there. Even though other stores in the area also provide USPS services. Extremely unpleasant and easily the worst UPS store to go to for sheer customer service and attitude. Again, my suggestion would be to go to Suisun a much more pleasant experience. The women behind the counter are rude on Waterman. Don't bother. They don't want the business and other UPS stores do. They need to release the deficient customer service employees and hire those that know what customer service is and means.
